Refund Policy

At Pawsome Labs, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you and your pet to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags or labels.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that do not meet the above criteria.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact our team at hello@pawsomelabs.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return package. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note:
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds for items returned without authorization or beyond the 15-day window.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
